BODY SHAPE ♥ :">>

 --WOMENS BODY TYPE::

♥ The Banana or straight type is typical with skinny girls. This body type doesn’t have too much problem with regards to clothes. The shape can wear almost any style from volume dresses to fitting skinny jeans.

♥ The Apple shape is the body type where your shoulder to bust line looks heavier than your bottom part.

♥ The Pear shape is the reverse Apple where the hip and butt part looks fuller than the upper half.

♥ The Hour Glass is an ideal body shape because of the proportioned figure and balanced curves. The hour glass is like the Banana body type because any clothing complements the shape.

♫ FOR BANANA / RULER SHAPED::

How to dress a banana shape?
The goal of dressing the banana shape is to use clothing to give your body curves and create or enhance your waist.

DO

  • Wear knee length a-line skirts.
  • Chose jeans, pants, and skirts that sit below your waist.
  • Look for tops with ruffles, large prints, or detailing.
  • Wear a padded bra to add a cup size.
  • Add fun necklaces and scarves to your outfit.
  • Jackets with a cinched waist will give you more of an hourglass shape.
  • Wrap dresses look wonderful on you.
  • Do exercises that enhance your waist, shape your buts and flatten your apps.

DO NOT

  • Do not wear tight clothing that will accentuate your lack of curves.
  • Stay away from vertical lines.
  • Do not wear high waist pants or skirts - these do not help create curves. Quite the opposite on you.
  • Avoid wearing loose fitting tops and dresses. Remember the goal is to create shapes, not hide them.
  • Jackets that end at your waist are not a good choice since they do not help to define your waist.

  • Do not gain extra weight!

     ♫ FOR APPLE SHAPED ::

    How to dress an Apple shape: The goal of dressing a cone shape is to elongate your upper body, and define your waist.

    DO

    • Wear pants and skirts with a flare to draw attention to your lower body, balancing out your upper body.
    • Wear longer tops that end over your hips. Pair this with pants that taper out.
    • Wear darker colors on top, brighter clothes on your lower body.
    • Choose wrap shirts and wrap dresses.
    • V necked tops draw the eye in and away from your shoulders.
    • Get fitted for a good bra that will let you look your best.
    • Belted jackets, dresses, and tops help your waist to look smaller.
    • High heels help to elongate your body.

    DO NOT

    • Avoid tops with puffy sleeves.
    • Pleated pants will only add inches to your waist.
    • Pants that taper in towards your ankle should be avoided as they only make your top half look larger.
    • Tops that are busy with a lot of detailing, or too tight should not be worn.

        ♫ FOR PEAR SHAPED ::

       DO

    •  V-necks, Scoop-necks, off-the-shoulder and Square necklines will help to broaden your narrow shoulders, and draw attention up to your beautiful slender neck and face

    • Straight skirts, or skirts with a gentle A-line, are perfect for you, but they should hang just below the knee to elongate that tricky thigh area. A short skirt will look disproportionally wide.

    • Straight or boot-leg pants. Make sure you don’t hem your pants too short. We don’t want to see any bare ankles or, much much worse, socks!

    • Light and Bright colours on top. In fact, find a nice colourful print and wear it on top. Go wild, just keep the lower-half demure.

    • Knee-length dresses are divine as long as you keep away from clingy fabrics. You can wear a dress with a colourful print, just keep the extra adornments to a minimum.

    • ☻Fitted waist lines are a big Yes Yes! Shirts, tailored jackets, dresses, coats … anything that comes in at the waist with a little belt or a ribbon-tie is perfect for your petite body

       DO NOT
      Hippy women, need to avoid (like the plague) the following items of clothes. If you have any of these items in your wardrobe, donate them to charity. They’ll look better on anyone else.

      • Bulky fabrics adorned with bows or large frills on your lower-half simply add more girth where you want it least. This is not a technique to hide your flaws.
      • Bias-cut clingy fabric that falls across the hips or thighs will always go out at the hips, out at the thighs and then in at the knees, making you look like a lightbulb
      • Any light satin that is designed to “drape” across the hips will make your hips and thighs seem strangely huge
      • Pants that are shaped in at the calf accentuate the size of your thighs and hips and should be avoided at all costs. No skinny jeans for pear-shaped women.
      • Bright colours, geometric shapes, horizontal lines, eye-catching patterns on any skirts or trousers draw too much attention to your curves
      • Shorts other than for sports or exercise. Shorts are all about the thighs and can never be flattering on a woman with broad-thighs (or a man for that matter).

      • Oh ok, you can wear short-shorts if you are one of those rare skinny pear-shaped women, like Kristen Davis

        ♫ FOR HOURGLASS SHAPED ::

      DO
      • Wear surplice and wrap tops to accentuate your bust and waist
      • Wear a bra with good support, and a great fit is important as well
      • Wear v neck tops to lengthen your upper body
      • Wear jeans that have a slightly flared or wide leg
      • Wear tailored jeans to make your legs appear longer and lift your bottom
      • Wear ¾ length or longer skirts with a slit to make you look taller
      DON'Ts
      • Wear clothes that are baggy and hide your curves
      •  Wear tops with large prints and blouses with ruffles
      • Wear short skirts they will make you look rounder
